Sign the Partner Agreement: partner-funded

This is the full text of the GROW Partner Agreement: partner-funded, version 1.1 (20 August 2026). It is published in full so that any organisation considering funding membership for its practitioners can read the terms before, not after, a commitment is made. The signed agreement is made between Sole Trader Courses Ltd trading as GROWFormula.org ("GROW") and the Partner.

1. Purpose

This Agreement allows the Partner to fund GROW Practitioner Support Space membership for health and wellness practitioners it genuinely serves or supports.

The Partner pays GROW £15 per active funded member per month. Practitioners do not pay for their funded membership.

2. Definitions

• Partner Access Link means the unique access link supplied to the Partner by GROW.
• Funded Member means a practitioner whose Partner-funded Support Space membership is active.
• Support Space means the GROW Practitioner Support Space, including its online community, resources and member activities.
• Billing Date means the first working day of each calendar month.

3. What GROW will provide

GROW will provide:

• a unique Partner Access Link
• Support Space membership for Funded Members
• membership activation, cancellation, access and member support
• one monthly invoice with a named active-member report
• approved wording and branding for promoting the benefit
• reasonable support relating to the partnership

Support Space membership currently includes:

• the GROW Community
• live online meet-ups
• the full GROW Formula® Online Course
• the Deep Dive podcast
• expert-led masterclasses

GROW may update the content, features and delivery of the Support Space from time to time.

4. What the Partner will do

The Partner agrees to:

• share the Partner Access Link only with health and wellness practitioners it genuinely serves or supports
• take reasonable care not to publish the access link on general discount or access link websites
• check each monthly active-member report against its own records
• tell GROW promptly if a Funded Member should be removed
• pay invoices when due
• describe the benefit accurately and use only approved GROW branding
• protect the personal information included in monthly reports
• keep its partnership and billing contacts up to date

GROW does not routinely check individual eligibility. The Partner decides who receives its access link and confirms eligibility through the monthly report.

5. Fees and monthly billing

The fee is £15 per Funded Member active on the Billing Date. GROW is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

Someone who activates after the Billing Date will first be included on the following month's invoice.

Fees are not prorated or refunded because a member does not use their access or leaves during the month.

GROW will send one monthly invoice with the names of all active Funded Members. No invoice is due where there are no active Funded Members.

The Partner should tell GROW within seven days if anyone should not be included. GROW will remove that person and apply any appropriate credit to the next monthly invoice. If the Partner does not contact GROW within seven days, the invoice will be treated as correct.

Invoices are due within 14 days unless another payment arrangement is agreed. GROW may suspend funded access after giving notice if an invoice remains unpaid.

GROW may change the fee by giving at least 60 days' written notice.

6. Funded memberships

Each Funded Member accepts GROW's membership and community terms.

Funded Members are not charged for their funded access and will not be moved automatically onto a paid subscription if funding ends.

A Funded Member may cancel their own access. The Partner may also ask GROW to remove a Funded Member. GROW may remove someone who breaches its membership or community terms.

When funded access ends, GROW may invite the practitioner to continue by taking out their own membership.

7. Member-only Certification discount

Active Funded Members receive 30% off the GROW Certification Programme when it is delivered directly by Sole Trader Courses. Membership must be active when the programme is booked.

The discount is available only through the Support Space. It cannot be combined with another offer, applied retrospectively or used for programmes delivered by GROW Licensed Providers.

8. Personal information

GROW will tell Funded Members that their name and funded membership status will be shared with the Partner for eligibility checking and billing.

For the information shared in the monthly report, GROW and the Partner each act as an independent data controller and are responsible for complying with data protection law.

The Partner will:

• use the report only to check funded eligibility and billing
• keep the report secure
• limit access to people who need it
• not keep the report longer than necessary

Each party will tell the other promptly about any data breach or rights request relating to information shared under this Agreement.

GROW will not share information about a member's activity, attendance, posts, conversations or use of Support Space resources.

9. Branding and Partner status

The Partner may describe itself as a GROW Partner and use approved logos while this Agreement is active.

GROW Partner status does not mean that GROW approves all the Partner's products or services. It does not make the Partner a GROW Licensed Provider or allow it to deliver GROW programmes or use GROW teaching materials.

All GROW names, logos, materials and content remain the intellectual property of GROW or its licensors.

10. Ending the Agreement

Either party may end this Agreement by giving 30 days' written notice, including by email to the named contact.

GROW may suspend the access link, funded access or this Agreement immediately where there is:

• non-payment
• serious misuse of the access link or GROW branding
• misleading claims
• unlawful activity
• behaviour likely to damage GROW's reputation
• another serious breach of this Agreement

When this Agreement ends, the Partner must pay any final invoice and stop using the access link and GROW branding. GROW will end funded access and may invite affected practitioners to continue by paying for their own membership.

11. Liability and general terms

GROW does not guarantee any practitioner's business results and is not responsible for the Partner's products, services, business decisions, promotions or relationship with practitioners.

GROW's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed the fees paid by the Partner under this Agreement during the previous 12 months. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

The parties are independent organisations. This Agreement does not create an agency, employment relationship, joint venture or exclusive partnership.

This Agreement may be signed electronically, and electronic signatures will be treated in the same way as handwritten signatures. It represents the entire agreement between the parties, and any changes must be agreed in writing. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
