There are three ways to work with GROW: deliver our programmes as a Licensed Provider, sponsor practitioner access as a GROW Partner, or coach practitioners yourself as an Independent GROW Coach. Choose the statement below that sounds most like you.

Which one sounds like you?
The two organisational routes differ in whether you deliver the training or we do. The Independent GROW Coach route is for individuals who already tutor, supervise or mentor practitioners.

We want to deliver GROW to our own learners
You teach the GROW Your Business course and/or the GROW Certification Programme under licence, using your own tutors.
