Three ways to work with clients

As well as using GROW in the mentoring and supervision you already offer, you can choose to deliver the official GROW programmes. Pick the mix that suits each client. There is no obligation to deliver any of them.

    One-to-one mentoring and supervision

    Use the GROW Formula® in the mentoring, supervision and bespoke coaching you already provide. No per-client fees and no usage limits.

  • Optional · pack fee per client

    GROW Certification CPD Programme

    A 12-week coaching programme combining e-learning, coaching and practical resources, leading to GROW Certification. A £150 participant pack applies per client.

    GROW Your Business CPD Course

    A one-day CPD course introducing the GROW Formula® — a practical, values-aligned way for practitioners to attract clients. A £10 pack applies per client.

Client packs are £150 per client for the Certification CPD Programme and £10 per client for the GROW Your Business CPD Course, charged only when you enrol them.

All prices are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). US dollar and euro figures are a guide only, your bank or card provider sets the actual conversion.

Check if you are eligible

Complete the form below and we will confirm whether the licence is a fit, usually within five working days. If you are eligible, we email you an invitation with links to the Independent GROW Coach Agreement and payment. There is no obligation until you sign the agreement.

This is an eligibility check, not a purchase. You take on no obligation at any point until you sign the Independent GROW Coach Agreement.
