Scope and limits
What GROW's governance does and does not cover
In scope
- The design, delivery and assessment of GROW programmes
- Certification decisions and the appeals against them
- Conduct of GROW staff, Licensed Providers and Accredited Coaches acting in that capacity
- Handling of learner and enquirer personal data
- Claims made in GROW marketing and by partners about GROW
Out of scope
- The clinical practice of any practitioner who has completed a GROW programme
- Complaints about a practitioner's treatment of a client, these belong to their professional body or regulator
- Anything that would require regulatory authority GROW does not hold
- Insurance, licensing or the right to practise
