5 CONTRACTS
Licensed Provider Agreement
The full terms under which an organisation is authorised to deliver GROW programmes: what GROW supplies, what the provider must do, fees, quality monitoring and how the agreement ends.
Partner Agreement: practitioner-funded
The terms for Partners whose practitioners pay for their own Support Space membership at the Partner rate: what GROW provides, what the Partner does, branding, and how the agreement ends.
Partner Agreement: partner-funded
The terms for Partners funding Support Space membership at £15 per active member per month: monthly billing and reporting, data handling, branding, and how the agreement ends.
Independent GROW Coach Agreement
The terms under which an individual tutor, supervisor or mentor is certified and licensed to deliver GROW-based coaching in their own name: what GROW supplies, what the coach must do, fees and how the agreement ends.
Business Coach Toolkit and Licence Agreement
The terms under which an established coach uses the GROW Practice Review, the Coaching Plan Builder and approved GROW materials in their own paid coaching: licence scope, branding, fees and how the agreement ends.
