Sign the Partner Agreement: practitioner-funded

This is the full text of the GROW Partner Agreement: practitioner-funded, version 1.1 (20 August 2026). It is published in full so that any organisation considering the GROW Partner programme can read the terms before, not after, a commitment is made. The signed agreement is made between Sole Trader Courses Ltd trading as GROWFormula.org ("GROW") and the Partner.

1. Purpose

This Agreement allows the Partner to offer practitioners it serves or supports access to the GROW Practitioner Support Space at the GROW Partner rate.

The Partner pays nothing. Practitioners pay GROW directly.

2. Definitions

• Partner Access link means the unique access link supplied to the Partner by GROW.
• Support Space means the GROW Practitioner Support Space, including its online community, resources and member activities.
• Partner Rate means a seven-day free trial for eligible new members, followed by £15 per month instead of the usual £29 per month.

3. What GROW will provide

GROW will provide:

• a unique Partner Access link
• access to the Support Space at the Partner Rate
• payment, cancellation, access and member support
• approved wording and branding for promoting the benefit
• reasonable support relating to the partnership

Support Space membership currently includes:

• the GROW Community
• live online meet-ups
• the full GROW Formula® Online Course
• the Deep Dive podcast
• GROW Accredited Coach-led masterclasses

GROW may update the content, features and delivery of the Support Space from time to time.

4. What the Partner will do

The Partner agrees to:

• share the Partner Access link only with health and wellness practitioners it serves or supports
• take reasonable care not to publish the access link on general discount or access link websites
• describe the benefit accurately and use only approved GROW branding
• not resell the membership, add a separate charge for it or claim commission unless separately agreed in writing
• comply with relevant laws and data protection requirements
• keep its contact details with GROW up to date

GROW does not routinely check individual eligibility. The Partner decides who receives its access link.

5. Practitioner memberships

Eligible new members receive a seven-day free trial. They then pay GROW £15 per month until they cancel. GROW normally limits the free trial to one per person.

Each practitioner accepts GROW's membership and community terms and manages their subscription directly with GROW.

The Partner is not responsible for practitioner payments, cancellations, refunds or use of the Support Space.

The Partner Rate continues while the practitioner's subscription remains active and this Agreement remains in place. GROW will manage any later price change or transition and give practitioners appropriate notice.

6. Member-only GROW Certification discount

Active Support Space members receive 30% off the GROW Certification Programme when it is delivered directly by Sole Trader Courses.

For practitioner-funded members, the discount becomes available after the free trial ends and the first £15 payment has been made. Membership must be active when the programme is booked.

The discount is available only through the Support Space. It cannot be combined with another offer, applied retrospectively or used for programmes delivered by GROW Licensed Providers.

7. Information, branding and Partner status

GROW will not give the Partner a list of practitioner-funded members or share information about their activity, attendance, posts, conversations or use of Support Space resources unless the practitioner agrees or the law requires it.

The Partner may describe itself as a GROW Partner and use approved logos while this Agreement is active.

GROW Partner status does not mean that GROW approves all the Partner's products or services. It does not make the Partner a GROW Licensed Provider or allow it to deliver GROW programmes or use GROW teaching materials.

All GROW names, logos, materials and content remain the intellectual property of GROW or its licensors.

8. Ending the Agreement

Either party may end this Agreement by giving 30 days' written notice, including by email to the named contact.

GROW may suspend the access link or end this Agreement immediately where there is:

• serious misuse of the access link or GROW branding
• misleading claims
• unlawful activity
• behaviour likely to damage GROW's reputation
• another serious breach of this Agreement

When this Agreement ends, the Partner must stop using the access link and GROW branding. GROW will manage communications and next steps with existing practitioner members.

9. Liability and general terms

GROW does not guarantee any practitioner's business results and is not responsible for the Partner's products, services, business decisions, promotions or relationship with practitioners.

GROW's total liability under this Agreement will not exceed £250. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

The parties are independent organisations. This Agreement does not create an agency, employment relationship, joint venture or exclusive partnership.

This Agreement may be signed electronically, and electronic signatures will be treated in the same way as handwritten signatures. It represents the entire agreement between the parties, and any changes must be agreed in writing. This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
