What GROW Coach Accreditation involves

Your tutor does not need previous business-skills training experience. Accreditation is typically completed within two weeks and takes around eight hours in total.

  • 30-minute onboarding video call
  • 6.5 hours e-learning, including multiple-choice assessments
  • 30-minute pre-recorded masterclass
  • 30-minute 'Ready-to-GROW' video call

On successful completion, tutors receive a printed GROW Accredited Coach certificate and a digital badge.

04. Eligibility

Who this is for

GROW Licensed Providers are training organisations that:
  • Deliver recognised qualifications or CPD for health and wellness practitioners
  • Support practitioners who are self-employed, or planning to become so
  • Care about what happens after qualification
  • Value high standards, sustainable practice and professional development

05. How it works

Four steps to delivery

  1. Apply, and we review

    Complete the form below. We review every application within five working days, so we know who is delivering GROW and to whom. Read the full agreement first and raise anything you want changed.

  2. Once approved, sign and buy the Ready-to-GROW bundle

    If your application is approved, we email you personal links to sign the Licensed Provider Agreement in your browser and to buy the bundle (£495: first year's licence, one accredited GROW Coach and five GROW Your Business Student Packs).

  3. Accredit your tutor

    Around 8 hours in total, typically completed within two weeks. No previous business-skills training experience is needed.

  4. Deliver GROW training

    You deliver to your own learners and own that relationship. Delivery is periodically reviewed against the published Licensed Provider Quality Assurance Policy.

06. What you commit to

Your obligations, and the limits

A licence is a delivery permission, not a transfer of ownership. Both sides of that are set out in the agreement.

You agree to

  • Deliver the programme professionally and in a way that supports participants
  • Keep at least one GROW Accredited Coach in the organisation at all times, and pause delivery if none remains
  • Cover the GROW Guiding Principles that form the GROW Formula®, keeping core principles and learning outcomes intact
  • Protect participant information and meet applicable data protection requirements
  • Maintain professional standards of conduct, comply with relevant law, and pay agreed fees when due

You may not

  • Sell GROW materials separately
  • Share materials outside authorised participants and tutors
  • Claim ownership of GROW content, methods or frameworks
  • Create standalone products that substantially reproduce GROW content
  • Make misleading claims about GROW programmes, outcomes, accreditation or certification

You may adapt examples, activities and delivery style to suit your audience, provided the core principles and intended learning outcomes stay intact. Use of GROW marks is governed by the Intellectual Property and Use of Materials Policy.

Every provider is approved by GROW before buying the bundle or signing the agreement. Complete the form and we will review your application within five working days. If approved, we'll email you personal links to sign online and to buy the Ready-to-GROW bundle. Nothing is binding until you sign.
