Certification
GROW Certified Practitioner
Certification records that a practitioner has completed assessed learning against the GROW competency framework. It is deliberately narrow in what it claims.
What it means
- Assessed learning against named competencies in the four GROW domains
- Evidence of applied, reflective practice rather than attendance alone
- A dated award, issued by GROW, that a third party can verify
- CPD from a CPD Approved Provider (#790430)
What it does not mean
- It is not a licence to practise any therapy or modality
- It is not a clinical qualification and does not assess clinical competence
- It is not a substitute for professional indemnity insurance
- It is not membership of, or endorsement by, a regulator
