GROW is committed to providing equal opportunities and promoting an inclusive culture.
We will not discriminate unfairly on the basis of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.
We also recognise that every individual brings unique experiences, perspectives and strengths, and we value the diversity of the people we work with.
Access to Learning
Access to GROW programmes is based on suitability for the programme and not on any protected characteristic.
We are committed to removing unnecessary barriers to participation wherever possible and helping learners access the support they need to succeed.
Reasonable Adjustments
GROW will make reasonable adjustments wherever practical to support learners and remove barriers to participation.
Learners are encouraged to tell us about any support needs as early as possible so that appropriate adjustments can be considered and implemented.
Expected Behaviour
Everyone involved with GROW is expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive and supportive environment.
Bullying, harassment, discrimination, victimisation or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated in GROW programmes, coaching sessions, live events, online spaces or community environments.
We expect all participants to treat others with courtesy, professionalism and respect, even when opinions differ.
Raising Concerns
Anyone who experiences or witnesses behaviour that they believe is unfair, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inconsistent with this policy is encouraged to raise their concerns.
Concerns should be reported to support@growformula.org and will be handled in accordance with GROW's Complaints Policy.
Responsibility
The Founder of GROW is responsible for overseeing the implementation of this policy and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across GROW activities.
