GROW Business Coach Toolkit and Licence

For established business coaches and consultancies supporting self-employed health and wellness practitioners. Win suitable clients, scope the work properly and deliver focused coaching, without building a specialist methodology from scratch.

This package is in preview. The accreditation, curriculum and coach community already exist; the two tools, the added orientation and the agreement for this package are in preparation. Prices below are recommended launch prices for a proposed offer. Apply now to shape it and to be first in line.

The proposition

A connected process, from first conversation to implementation

Understand the practice, agree priorities, build an individual coaching plan, support implementation. The intention is less preparation per client and stronger first conversations. We do not claim measured savings or guaranteed sales.
  1. 01

    Understand the practice

Send your branded review. The practitioner rates one statement for each of the sixteen GROW Guiding Principles, four in each of Get Clients, Relationships, Ourselves and Wealth, and can say when something is unknown.

  2. 02

    Agree priorities

You get an editable report: their situation and aims, a profile showing where each of the sixteen Guiding Principles stands, up to three proposed priorities named after the GROW activity that addresses them and linked to the answers behind them, and open questions to resolve in the conversation.

  3. 03

    Build the plan

Confirm priorities with the client, or enter an agreed brief directly. The builder maps sessions onto the steps of the relevant GROW activities, suggests the exercises and worksheets tagged to them, and you select, reorder or replace them.

  4. 04

    Support implementation

Three connected documents come out: a client proposal, your own delivery plan and a client action plan with owners, dates and review points. Private notes stay private.

Try it

Build a sample client review and coaching plan

Pick a fictional practitioner, add your business name and colour, change a few answers, and see the branded review and the coaching plan that come out. This uses the real review and plan logic on synthetic data. It is a screen-only sample: it cannot be printed, copied or exported, and real client work comes with the licence. No email, account or payment, and nothing is submitted to us.

This is a screen-only GROW sample built from a fictional case. It is not a client document and cannot be printed. Real client reviews and plans are part of the GROW Business Coach Toolkit and Licence.

Proposed priorities

  1. 1. G4: Plan and learn from a campaign

Work through GROW activity G4 to replace scattered marketing with one planned AIDA campaign that can be measured and improved.

Why this is here: G4 Plan and learn: "My marketing is planned, tracked, and I learn from what it produces." was answered 1 out of 5 (Ad hoc, untracked).

  2. 2. O4: Reach out

Work through GROW activity O4 to build a small, deliberate set of professional relationships and an actual routine for using them.

Why this is here: O4 Reach out: "I have peers, mentoring or supervision to counteract working on my own." was answered 1 out of 5 (I work alone).

  3. 3. G1: Instil trust

Work through GROW activity G1 so that the practice is described in words clients recognise, and the qualifications and endorsements that earn trust are actually visible.

Why this is here: G1 Instil trust: "A potential client can see straight away who I am, what I do and why they can trust me." was answered 2 out of 5 (Not really).

Questions to resolve

  • Where did the last ten enquiries actually come from?
  • Which local group could realistically be reached, and where do they gather?
  • What has been tried before, and what was recorded about it?

Next steps

Agree the priority "G4: Plan and learn from a campaign" and book the first session. Bring the figures and notes needed for session one.

Prepared by Your coaching business. Based on the GROW Formula® and issued under licence. A structured business review based on self-reported information, not a psychometric, benchmark or financial forecast. Sample output using a fictional case.

In the licensed tool you edit the next steps after your debrief, approve the report and issue it to your client. Here it stays a screen-only sample.

Your delivery plan

  1. Session 1: Choose the audience and the shared problem behind the campaign

Activity step: Attention: identify a local group who share an interest and gather in one place

    • Prepare: Read the approved review and re-read activity G4 before the session.
    • After: Add the agreed steps to the Action Plan, with a target deadline for each.
  2. Session 2: Draft the marketing message and select several tactics

Activity step: Interest: name their shared problem and craft the marketing message

    • Prepare: Read the client's notes from session 1 and check progress on the Action Plan.
    • After: Add the agreed steps to the Action Plan, with a target deadline for each.
  3. Session 3: Agree how time, money and outcomes will be tracked

Activity step: Desire and action: for each tactic, show why you are the right person and how to book

    • Prepare: Read the client's notes from session 2 and check progress on the Action Plan.
    • After: Add the agreed steps to the Action Plan, with a target deadline for each.
  4. Session 4: Review the results and decide what to change next time

Activity step: Track time, money, new clients and what made them book, then learn from it

    • Prepare: Read the client's notes from session 3 and check progress on the Action Plan.
    • After: Agree what continues without coaching, and set a review point.

Every suggestion is here because it is tagged to this priority. Reorder, remove, or drop in your own material.

What the licence adds to this

  • Reviews with your own clients, in a private workspace, saved and repeatable over time.
  • Branded reports, proposals and plans you can approve, export and issue, with no sample marking.
  • Accreditation, orientation and the written permission to use GROW in your paid work.

This is a labelled, screen-only sample built from a fictional case. It cannot be printed, copied or exported, nothing is submitted or stored, and no real client information should be entered here.

What you get

Six parts to the package

You use your own business identity, set your own prices, recruit your own clients and run your own delivery. The licence gives you approved material and explicit permission to use it in bespoke work.
  • Branded GROW Practice Review

A questionnaire you can share or link from your own site. Practitioner answers become an editable, branded report you can talk through in a first conversation or sell as a paid review.

  • Bespoke Coaching Plan Builder

Turn agreed priorities into a client proposal, your own session plan and a client action plan, drawing on approved GROW exercises you can reorder, cut or combine with your own work.

  • Flexible commercial licence

Use approved GROW components inside your own paid coaching, consulting and mentoring, under your branding with GROW Formula® attribution.

  • GROW Coach Accreditation and onboarding

The existing accreditation (published guide: about eight hours), plus a proposed two-hour orientation on the practitioner sector, the tools and a sample case.

  • Continuing access and support

Tool access, resource updates, the existing coach community, email support and a proposed shared monthly group case clinic.

  • Official programme delivery permission

Deliver the official GROW programmes when you want to, with the relevant learner packs bought separately.

Licence scope

What the licence does and does not allow

This package has its own agreement. The Licensed Provider Agreement limits material use to approved programme delivery, so it cannot cover bespoke work. Existing signed agreements are unaffected.

You may

  • Offer free or paid branded practice reviews to prospective and existing practitioner clients
  • Use selected approved GROW exercises and resources inside bespoke one-to-one or group engagements
  • Assemble your own sequences and durations, and combine GROW components with your own methods
  • Issue client-specific reports, proposals and plans under your branding, with GROW Formula® attribution
  • Deliver the official GROW programmes, keeping their required learning and assessment standards

You may not

  • Sublicense GROW, or accredit other coaches
  • Publish or distribute tutor materials publicly
  • Claim ownership of GROW, its content or its methodology
  • Have unnamed colleagues deliver: every delivering coach is named and accredited

Business coaching experience does not by itself confer GROW accreditation. Every delivering coach is named and accredited.

Questions

Before you apply

Apply

Tell us about your coaching business

We assess suitability before issuing an agreement and a purchase invitation. Applying does not enrol you and does not approve you to deliver GROW. If you would rather talk it through first, book a short call.

GROW is based in the United Kingdom and works with practitioners and organisations internationally, across health and wellness modalities where a recognised qualification is normally held before practice, enabling professional indemnity insurance and membership of a relevant professional body.

This is an application, not a purchase. It does not enrol you and does not approve you to deliver GROW. Nothing is committed until you sign the agreement for this package.
