Organisations that serve or support practitioners

03. Funding

One programme, two ways to fund it

Becoming a GROW Partner is free either way. All you are choosing is who pays for each practitioner's Support Space membership.

  • They can cancel at any time from their own account
  • They pay GROW directly, so no budget or purchase order is needed
  • GROW manages payments, access and member support

Partner-funded

You fund access for your practitioners

£0 to the practitioner

  • You pay £15 per active practitioner per month
  • No joining fee, no minimum number of practitioners
  • Nothing to pay in a month with no active funded members
  • One monthly invoice with a named active-member report
  • You only contact GROW if somebody should be removed

GROW is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the £15 fee.

The Certification Programme discount applies only to the programme delivered directly by Sole Trader Courses, requires an active membership at the time of booking, cannot be combined with another offer and cannot be applied retrospectively. Practitioner-funded members can use it once the seven-day trial has ended and the first £15 payment has been made.

05. How it works

Three steps, then GROW does all the work

  1. Apply

    Tell us about your organisation and choose how membership will be funded.

  2. Receive your Partner Link

    Once approved, GROW provides a unique link and promotional materials.

  3. Share the benefit

    Give the link to the practitioners your organisation serves or supports. GROW handles membership access and support.

If you fund access

Each month you receive one invoice and a report naming your active funded practitioners. Check the names against your own records and tell us only if somebody should be removed. Any adjustment is applied to the following month's invoice.

Apply to become a GROW Partner

A short application. Nothing here commits you to anything. Once your application is approved, you sign the appropriate Partner agreement online in a couple of minutes.

Read the agreements first

Signing is done in your browser: no PDFs to print, sign, scan or post. You receive a signed PDF record by email with a reference number.

Funding preference

Your application is sent directly to support@growformula.org. Applying does not commit you to anything. Agreements are signed online only after GROW approves an application, using a personal link we email you.
