Send it twice
One announcement, then one reminder around three weeks later. The reminder almost always outperforms the announcement.
Put it somewhere permanent
A member-benefits page, a joining pack or a welcome email keeps it working after the campaign ends.
Use the tracked links
Each link below is tagged with your organisation and where it was used, so we can tell you how many of your practitioners looked and how many joined. The tag carries through to checkout. Use a plain text link rather than a redirect or shortener where you can, so the link also counts as a normal link from your site.
